Why We Redesigned Our Website
We like to think its new design and content is more reflective of the company we have become: modern, responsive, specialized, and eager to help. To that end, we’ve tried to be more clear on the kind of businesses we think we are a good fit for, and what sorts of benefits our clients can expect from working with us. We’ve also tried to simplify our navigation, so our content is more easily accessed by our clients and potential clients.
Easy To Find, Simple To Use Online Support
We realize one of the main reasons our clients visit our website is to access our Online Support Portal. That’s why we have a bright orange Online Support Button on the right hand side of every single page, so it never gets buried in the site.
Click on that big orange button, and you are taken to our Online Support page, which clearly outlines the three steps involved in getting instant online technical support from an AccSys Solutions Technician.
The AccSys Learning Centre
Our new website also strives to make it easier for our clients and prospects to find resources on their own. Our AccSys Learning Centre features over 100 articles on a variety of topics, from Adagio Accounting and its Third Party Products, Payroll, Workforce Management and HR, Accounting Technology Best Practices and more. This library can be searched, and is also indexed by category on the right hand side, making it easy to find helpful information relevant to topics of interest to our client base.

Did you know AccSys Solutions publishes an e-newsletter every month? We have three newsletters which are all sent out quarterly, each tailored to a different audience. The Score is published for users of Adagio Accounting software, The Technologist focuses on accounting technology more generally, and The Payroll Quarterly is for payroll, HR and WFM professionals. You can read and/or subscribe to any or all of these on our publications page.
